Spring is here and that means smoothie weather is right around the corner!
Recipe is perfect for two:
11/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup milk (we used oat)
Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth and thick consistency. If you don’t have a high powered blender, make sure to put fresh ingredients at the bottom along with the liquid to help blend easier! Pour or Scoop into your favourite jar/bowl and ENJOY!
