My favourite way lately to get in some extra protein! Add the following ingredients to a blender or shaker to combine and enjoy! Make sure to tag @twin_coast when you make it

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (we used coconut milk)

  • lots of ice

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
