Servings: 10-15 bliss balls

ingredients...

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (we used peanut butter)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup rice krispies 

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or more if you want!

method...

In a blender mix together the nut butter and maple syrup. This will make a delicious and easy vegan caramel sauce! Then in a large mixing bowl add in your rice krispies, chia seeds, chocolate chips and your caramel sauce. Mix it all together and roll into balls. Place in fridge for 10-20 minutes to help bind everything together!

COOKIE DOUGH

 

vegan cookie dough recipe

Servings: 2 (but you probably won't want to share it)

Total Time: 10 mins

ingredients...

  • 1 can chickpeas 

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips  

  • 2 tbsp honey 

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract 

  • little pinch of salt 

method...

First, rinse chickpeas! To help get the best cookie dough texture... you can de-shell the chickpeas (little bit time consuming) but it makes a difference! Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. You can use a blender or food processor (those work best!) If you don't have either you can mash it with a fork... might take longer though!

If your cookie dough is too thick (depending if you use natural peanut butter or skippy haha) you might need to add a splash of milk! Less than a 1/4 cup should do, add in gradually until you get the consistency of cookie dough! 

Serve it in a cute jar or eat it straight outta the bowl!

SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE

BROWNIES

 

vegan brownie recipe

Servings: 9 brownie squares

Total Time: 30 mins

ingredients...

  • 1 cup gluten free flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil 

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder 

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda 

  • 1/2 cup applesauce

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

method...

First, pre heat your oven to 350 degrees! Mix together the brown sugar, water and coconut oil. Once that's all whisked together add in the rest of the ingredients: apple sauce, baking soda, cacao powder, vanilla and flour.

Next grease a 8x8 baking dish and add your brownie mixture in. Put a timer on and let them cook for 20-30 minutes. 

Slice your brownies and enjoy!
