cherry n vanilla recipe

Total Time: 5 mins

ingredients...

  • 3 cups frozen cherries 

  • 1 scoop of your fave vanilla protein powder 

  • splash of almond milk  

method...

Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth and thick consistency. If you don’t have a high powered blender, make sure to put fresh ingredients at the bottom along with the liquid to help blend easier! Pour or Scoop into your favourite jar/bowl and ENJOY!

LEMONADE

pineapple lemonade recipe

  • 1/2 cup lemonade 

  • 1/2 cup banana nice cream or yogurt

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple 

(we made our own lemonade so theres less sugar and a little healthier alternative)

 

Lemonade: 

  • 1/2 cup water 

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 

  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar
