  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup frozen banana 

  • splash almond milk 

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • lots of sprinkles!

Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth and thick consistency. If you don’t have a high powered blender, make sure to put fresh ingredients at the bottom along with the liquid to help blend easier! Pour or Scoop into your favourite jar/bowl and ENJOY!

  • 2 frozen bananas (optional)

  • 1 pack of frozen pitaya or 1 cup frozen strawberries (pitaya will give you the hot pink colour)

  • 1 tbsp of coconut sugar or sugar of your choice!

OOoo this one is so fun! Easiest way to get this consistency is to use frozen coconut milk! You can freeze coconut milk in an ice cube tray and blend it up with the rest of the ingredients!
