TRUFFLE PASTA CHIPS

INGREDIENTS:

Pasta chips:

1 box/bag of bow tie pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp truffle salt


Vegan spicy garlic aioli:

2 cloves of garlic

1 cup vegan mayo

2-3 tbsp hot sauce of your choice

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika


INSTRUCTIONS:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta using the instructions on the bag. Once the pasta is cooked strain and add to a bowl. Add in your olive oil and truffle salt and mix until the pasta is coated. Add to your air fryer and bake at 400F for 10 minutes until the pasta is crispy. (Check on them half way thru and give them a mix)
