QUINOA SNACK BARS

INGREDIENTS:

Bars:

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups puffed quinoa


Chocolate sauce:

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp peanut butter (add more if you want)


INSTRUCTIONS:

Place peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and puffed quinoa into bowl and mix together. Add mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper and press down to the desired thickness. Melt together in the microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter. Drizzle on top of bars and allow to harden and ENJOY!
