PICKLED ONIONS

INGREDIENTS:

1 red onion

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 cup warm water

1 tbsp sugar


INSTRUCTIONS:

First cut and peel your onion (try not to cry) and add the thinly sliced onion to a jar. Next grab a bowl and add your apple cider vinegar, water and sugar and stir until all combine. Add your mixture to your jar of onions, make sure the lid is on tight and give it a good shake. Place the jar into the fridge for 1-2 hours (or longer if wanted) ENJOY!
