LAYERED CHIA SEED PUDDING

Total Time: 2 hours


INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cups nut milk


INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix these ingredients together and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours or even overnight. When you’re ready to eat them, top them off with some fruit! We used strawberries, kiwis, blueberries and mango.
