CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These are a perfect snack for everyone! They are gluten free, dairy free and vegan.

INGREDIENTS:

Wet:

1/2 cup vegan margarine

2/3 cups brown sugar

1 tbsp nondairy milk

1 tsp vanilla


Dry:

1 1/4 cup flour (we used gluten free)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cornstarch


3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (add as many as you would like)


INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix the wet ingredients together and then gradually add in the dry ingredients. Then fold in the chocolate chips into the mixture. Roll cookie dough into balls (smaller than a golf ball) and bake the cookies on a lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
