These protein pack bliss balls are the perfect healthy snack for this holiday!
1/2 cup nut butter
1/3 cup coconut shreds + more for decorating
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/3 cup oats (we used gluten free)
1-2 tsp @twin_coast blue spirulina
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp of milk (if it seems to dry)
In a blender or food processor add the nut butter, coconut shreds, hemp seeds, oats, dates, spirulina, cinnamon and salt. Blend until it’s all combined and a dough like consistency. Add a splash of milk if needed for blending. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls and roll in more coconut shreds. ENOY!
